Little Tigers Football Academy is committed to developing the next generation of football talent by providing a professional, supportive, and inspiring environment. Our goal is to bridge the gap between grassroots football and professional academies, offering a clear pathway for young players to progress in the game.

Coaching is led by Coach Shakir, a UEFA B Licensed Coach and 

• Sports Management, Football Studies Honour Degree – Dissertation on Motivation Levels & Wealth.
• FA Youth Module Level 2
• PT Diploma Personal Trainer
• Scout Talent ID Level 2

Our coaching team brings a wealth of experience and a sharp eye for identifying and nurturing potential. Alongside Coach Shar and the rest of the staff, we deliver high-quality sessions focused on improving technical ability, tactical intelligence, and game awareness, while also instilling confidence, discipline, and a strong work ethic.

At Little Tigers, we pride ourselves on developing well-rounded players both on and off the pitch. We aim to train young footballers to reach their full potential and prepare them for opportunities at professional academies.

Throughout the season, Little Tigers Football Academy arranges competitive fixtures against professional clubs and elite-level opposition. These matches provide valuable exposure and experience in a challenging environment. 

Players are selected exclusively from those enrolled in the Elite Academy program, ensuring that only the most dedicated and hardworking individuals represent the academy.
